Meditation can take many forms; whether it is sitting in silence, watching a stream flow past, listening to music, moving the body, eating, or simply being. This two track EP is intended to connect you with our two most important celestial objects that support our Earth: the Sun and the Moon.

Many people have used the words: "Live by the Sun and Love by the Moon" and the interpretations of this phrase are endless. These tracks were written with the idea that no matter our perspective on life, we all rely on the sun and the moon to continue living. The sun gives us life, while the moon gives us motion and change. It's up to us to embrace that change and flow into whatever circumstances are presented.

These songs are meant to be listened to when you are needing to relax; to take a break from the bustle of everyday life and connect with your inner being. Just close your eyes and breathe.

"Live by the Sun" features a field recording of various birds and other wildlife during the daylight hours. You will also hear singing bowls and chimes played by Nicholas Pendragon. Vocals, composition, production, mixing, and mastering by: Vibralocity.

"Love by the Moon" features a live recording of ocean waves lapping the shore at night, along with singing bowls played by Nicholas Pendragon. Vocals, composition, production, mixing, and mastering by: Vibralocity.
